Screening at Plus Camerimage

Albert's winter is screened this week in Poland at the prestigious festival for cinematography "Camerimage".
I am bvery happy they have selected the film. It is thanks to the cinematographer Niels Thastum who captured Albert in beautiful images and who is now in Poland to present the film. Good luck Niels!

Albert's winter wins a golden statue in Iran

the film was awarded a golden statue this weekend at Roshd International Film Festival in Tehran. It is the oldest film festival in Iran. I wished I had been there.

Albert's winter nominated for Cinema Eye Award!

Albert's winter is nominated for best short film by Cinema Eye Honors.
It is the first time that Cinema Eye gives an award to short documentary films.
The Award ceremony will be held on January 18th in New York.
It's really crazy. It actually means that the film is considered (by some people at least) to be among the 5 best short docs of 2010! I am overwhelmed and happy.
